The hotel had a comfy and perfect location near restaurants, shopping, the zoo, and downtown Columbia. The room was new-fashioned and beautifully maintained, nothing to complain about. Everything was very good, I stayed for 1 day and did not want to leave. I will be back.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. Attentive staff from the front desk to the maids. The breakfast had a wide range of options, including hot waffles and eggs. Its location was nice, so close to the Columbia's airport. Restaurants nearby. Local stops and restaurants downtown.

The room here was really up-to-date and super well-kept, plus it had a comfy sofa! It also came equipped with a microwave, a fridge, and a pull-out couch 😊.

The noncooling refrigerator in one of the rooms was not addressed or compensated for, despite multiple inquiries.

The staff was always friendly and courteous. The facilities were always clean and inviting. The staff, upon check in, went out of their way to resolve an unpleasant issue brought on by a mistake made by the booking website.

The booking website arranged my reservation at this location incorrectly. I reserved the stay in a non-smoking room for 3 nights with printed confirmation; and upon check-in I discovered my room was booked as smoking by the booking website.

The bed and pillows very low quality. The room was very small. Seemed like an after thought almost like they turned a storage closet into a room. They seemed grossly understaffed. There was no at the front desk when I went to check out.

We definitely want to come back here because everything in the room was great - the heating system, flat-screen TV, and writing table were all in perfect working condition.
